Anne Lemonnier was born in Paris in 1976. After studying literature and art history, she became a publisher and worked for seven years at Éditions du Centre Pompidou. Over Spring 2007, she was appointed to be preservation attaché at the Mnam graphic design department (National Museum of Modern Art, Centre Pompidou). Her favourite research subjects often combine literature and fine arts. She carried out research into the work of Victor Hugo, Zoran Music, Jean Paulhan, Giuseppe Ungaretti, and now on the work of Wols, Bernard Réquichot and Henri Michaux.
